As a teacher, I see firsthand the significant health challenges that many students are experiencing, and to be able to see the smiles that come from these once-in-a-lifetime experiences is truly special. The presentation of the dollar figure at the end of event day is a remarkable feeling, but more importantly, it sets off the beginning for immeasurably positive impacts on our community.
