Serving Children's Charities
For the Kids!
The Tournament day is always focused on fun, but we never lose sight of why Golf for Kids exists: we’re here to help fund great organizations who do excellent work in support of kids in our communities. As well as our feature charity Help Fill A Dream, money raised at our annual event has contributed to hundreds of Charities and Foundations that make a difference in the lives of children. Our supporters can feel extremely proud of all the many lives they have impacted.
Your Donations Provide Significant Support
Children and Family Trusts
When the unexpected happens children and their families need somewhere to turn, and Golf for Kids has always been there to provide critical funding when needed most. We can react to the situation quickly helping to ensure that families can concentrate on what is important.
Local Youth Sports
Golf for Kids is proud to support youth sports in our communities. Over our history we have provided funding to hundreds of young athletes, teams and associations. Keeping kids active and engaged is an important part of life.
Zack Downey Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Downey family choose to celebrate the life of their son Zack through the creation of an annual scholarship. With the support of Golf for Kids, Help Fill a Dream and the Victoria Mariners Baseball Association, the Zack Downey Memorial Scholarship celebrates the amazing spirit of a young man who lived his life with incredible passion and integrity. Awarded each year to two graduating students from Lambrick Park School who excel at playing sports and are pursuing further education. (Golf for Kids was privileged to meet Zack and his family at our 2013 fundraising event when he was honored as the 2000th dream recipient by the Help Fill a Dream Foundation)
